Australian Consumer Guarantee

All products sold by Souvenirs Australia Warehouse are automatically covered for major faults and defects by the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you buy fails to meet consumer guarantees as defined by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. 

Please contact us promptly to discuss repair, replacement or refund options if any products you receive are faulty or defective.

Souvenirs Australia Warehouse Returns Policy

Souvenirs Australia Warehouse is proud of the quality and the delivery of our products. All products you buy at Souvenirs Australia Warehouse, with the exception of Gift Cards (where offered) are also covered by the Souvenirs Australia Warehouse Returns Policy.

If you are not unsatisfied with any product(s) you buy from Souvenirs Australia Warehouse for any reason, we will offer you a refund for the full cost of the product(s).

To make a claim under this Returns Policy, you must return the item(s) to Souvenirs Australia Warehouse within 30 days of purchase date. The goods must be unopened, in original packaging, intact and ‘as new’.

Any postage costs incurred in returning the products are not covered under this policy and must be paid by you.

Care in Packaging

Souvenirs Australia Warehouse guarantees to provide all care possible in packaging your products to ensure they leave our warehouse in a safe and secure state.

Damage in transit, however, or damage caused by other external factors such as extreme weather events and/or temperatures are beyond our control and therefore not covered by this guarantee.
