Orders & Acceptance
Products displayed on our website are invitations to purchase. When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these terms.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may reasonably decline, hold or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- a product is unavailable or cannot be supplied
- payment has not been successfully authorised
- additional information is reasonably required to verify an order
- we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity or misuse of the website
- the order cannot legally be supplied or delivered to the nominated destination

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

If an incorrect price or other pricing error is identified, we may correct the website and temporarily stop selling the affected product while the error is corrected. Products & Availability
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and manufacturing variations.
Many Australian souvenir products use natural, handmade or individually finished materials. Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, markings, shape and finish may occur between individual products.
Engraving on natural or curved products may also vary slightly in colour, tone, positioning or appearance due to the characteristics and shape of the underlying material.

Stock availability
Stock levels can change quickly and availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and fulfilled. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative, wait for replenishment where suitable, or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges, handling times and estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping & GST page.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by postal or courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, government restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery details
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone can receive or collect the parcel where required.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, failure to collect the parcel or another circumstance outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is resent.
Additional reshipping charges do not apply where the return was caused by an error by Souvenirs Australia or another delivery issue for which we are legally responsible.
International orders
International customers should ensure that products can lawfully be imported into their destination country. Customs, biosecurity and import requirements vary between countries and may change without notice.
Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless we expressly state that they have been collected by us at checkout.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, free shipping promotions and similar offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the promotion.

- Offers may have minimum spend, product, customer, destination or expiry requirements.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
