At Souvenirs Australia, we take great pride in offering you the finest Australian souvenirs and gifts, along with exceptional customer service. However, we wanted to inform you of a temporary closure due to a family holiday.

From the 31st of May to the 24th of June, our team will be taking a well-deserved break. As a small, family-owned business, this holiday allows us to recharge and spend quality time together.

What does this mean for you?
During this period, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to dispatch any parcels. Therefore, express shipping options will be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, our pick-up service will be turned off until our return on the 24th of June. Please note that any orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped promptly upon our return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We understand that you may have questions or concerns. While we won't be actively packing and sending orders, we'll do our best to reply to as many emails as possible during our holiday. If you have any pending purchases in mind, we recommend placing your order now to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed before our holiday closure will be processed as usual. Additionally, we want to reassure you that if you change your mind at any time, you can request refunds. We will process the refund as soon as we get back.
